At this time, BOZO does not offer returns or exchanges. Each garment is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail, and we encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information, and materials carefully before placing your order.
SHIPPING
Once construction of your garment is complete, we will ship your order using DHL for international deliveries and Colissimo or Chronopost for shipments within France. Estimated delivery times for each product are listed in their respective product descriptions, and our team will share key shipping updates via email. Please note that carrier services may vary depending on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Each garment is hand-packaged by our small team in France, and orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Due to the continuing impacts of global logistics, shipping times may be subject to delays. Any concerns related to delayed delivery should be addressed directly with the relevant carrier. We are unable to provide refunds on shipping-related costs.
Per our shipping agreements, all packages will be declared as merchandise. Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot alter or reduce the declared value of your package.
BOZO is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Any such claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.
