Terms of Service

Once we have completed construction of your individual garment, we will be using DHL services to carefully ship all packages. Estimated delivery times for each product can be found in their respective product descriptions, and our team will provide principal shipping updates via email. Please note that shipping carrier services are subject to change based on customers' locations and optimal estimated arrival times. SAGAWA service will be used for deliveries within Japan.

We will endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that each garment is hand-packaged by our small team. Your purchase will usually be dispatched within 48 hours.

Shipping Information

Shipping times may be subject to delays outside our control. Please raise any issues related to delayed shipping times with the relevant carrier as stated above. We are not able to provide refunds on any shipping-related costs.
Per our contract with DHL, all packages will be marked as merchandise. Any and all customs charges are not included within the shipping costs outlined; the buyer will be responsible for any additional customs-related charges, and we are unable to lower the value of package declarations.
BOZO is not responsible for any packages stolen or lost during transit. Any claims of this nature must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
